My stay began decently, the hotel looked quite polished at first glance. i did encounter a couple of issues that dimmed my initial impression though. the service at the deli was slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get my order, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. also. The temperature in my room fluctuated a lot.

the staff was very kind and polite. the food was a cherry on top. i would love to visit again.
i noticed that i was cc'd on an email thread by the entire finance, dm, reception. as a guest who booked a different reservation for which the room has already been checked out, there was no context provided regarding my inclusion.
